Honourable Chief justice of India                                                                     Dated: 16-07-2019
The Supreme court of India
New Delhi
Sub: Improvement in courts and justice to people of India
Sir,
Refering the petition no. 39940 year 2018 of Supreme Court, may I request you and demand for justice to people of India. I am being engineering graduate from IIT Roorkee don’t know much about law but a course of political science and constitution of India taught to us  about more than 40 years back, only one line retained in my brain that the ‘ fundamental right of Indian citizen’. In above said case honourable justices in chair did not allow our council who was present in court to speak a single word inspite of our caveat and given a decision with in 5 seconds. Our request is to look into the matter of injustice of not hearing him and start proceedings against the justices who did so after taking oath.
It surprises me that the petition 39940 year 2018 which is disposed on 9th May 2019 and we got the copy of decision on 14th May 2019 has not reached to Pune court till 12th July 2019 for transfer of case from Pune to Bhopal and we are hanging like TRISHANKU. Two more dates of 19th June and 12th July 2019 wasted after filing a case by us on 12th June 2018. Copy of Pune court proceedings appearing on portal is enclosed.
I would like to refer the name of Ex CEC Shri T. N. Sheshan ji who enrolled himself in the history of India without making any changes or twisting law for improvement of election procedures. We hardly remember the names of any other CEC before and after him as nothing specific was done by others. May I request you to do justice to people of India during your short remaining tenure. This particular case may appear as a very tiny case for you but this may be the mile stone in history towards justice in India.
May I refer another letter written to yourself on 6th March 2019 regarding a very small case of cheque dishonour being in lower court for more than 31 months now and your office has sent us back saying that we should approach High court instead of forwarding our letter to your subordinate court (High Court) referring Article 235 of constitution of India. Do you think your silence on issues of injustice to people of India would serve the purpose? How long could be stopped the voice of people of India?
With Regards and lot of hopes towards improvement in system for delivery of justice to people of India,
Yours faithfully,

Subodh Kumar Agarwal
